So, how did we come up with all this?

Ever tried to run an email marketing campaign or send an email newsletter for a client? If you’re like us, you’ve tried a few different tools to get the job done. OK, the campaign was sent, or you managed to import your client’s subscribers, but no matter what, something was always missing.

You might have wanted complete control over the design of your campaign. Maybe your client wanted to actually watch the results of the campaign as you sent it. Whatever the reason, it was missing and you didn’t like it.

Born out of frustration.

Version 1 was an in-house tool that managed (and still manages) email campaigns for some of the country’s biggest companies. We soon realized, however, that there were plenty of other web design firms struggling with the same problem. After further development and testing, Send Factory was released to the public.

Since then, we’ve continued to improve the product with new features, but always with the same simple goal in mind, to develop the best email marketing tool for web designers.

Cool, but who’s behind this thing?

Send Factory was developed by The Creation Shop, a privately held company that started off as a web design consultancy way back in 1998. We started focusing on web app development in 2000 and launched Send Factory in 2008.

We’re a passionate bunch, and right now we’re focused on taking the pain out of Internet applications. If you like Send Factory, you might also want to check out some of the other members of the family.
